Athena is Co-Founded by Meredith Cocco & Sara Fay

Meredith Cocco  

Meredith specializes in the overlapping of creativity and strategy. Building upon a foundation in art history, entrepreneurial business and architectural studies, Meredith delivers unique and executable works supported by research and defined by mission-based thinking. Her work has been recognized by Fast Company, The American Institute of Architects, Interior Design Magazine and the Farmani Group, among others. She has studied at Parsons School of Design and holds a BA from Brown University.

Sara Fay 

Sara has been working in brand strategy, positioning and activation for 15+ years. Prior to running her own consultancy business, Sara was head of marketing at Brookfield Properties, overseeing a 40M+ square foot portfolio of commercial, retail and multifamily properties.  Sara has been quoted in The New York Times, Architectural Digest, Fast Company and Women’s Wear Daily discussing experiential strategy and placemaking.   

She has an MBA in marketing from Fordham University and a BA in International Relations from Rollins College
